Rolling Cashback Bonus

The only bonus we have negative opinions on. What should be a great and generous offer is turned into a frustrating deal because of the wagering requirements. Usually, when online casinos offer a cashback reward, they set the wagering to be symbolic (around 1, 2, or 3 times the amount).

However, in the case of Rolling Slots, they set the wagering to be almost as high as the welcome bonus at 30x(cashback amount). Yes, it is great that all players that spend at least €75 will get 10% (up to €300) of their cash spent no matter how long they have stayed at the casino. What isn’t okay is to hold the money behind such a high rollover.

VIP Program

Unlike the rest of this online casino, the VIP program is painfully generic. Rolling slots casino offers a loyalty program complete with 5 levels that run on a point system. Unfortunately, nowhere do they say how many loyalty points are required to reach higher levels. The only thing we were able to find out from the live chat support is to “get more points”.

Points are either worth as much (or a little more) than a single currency unit but in the case of Rolling Slots casino, a single point will require that you spend €1,500. Needless to say, we find this conversion outrageous. Even on the highest level of the VIP (level 5) which is supposed to have the best exchange rate, a single loyalty point will require €1,200.
