Customer Support

Our time spent with the customer support team could have been better. Mostbet casinos can communicate with their players through email or through their 24/7 live chat support. Unfortunately, we didn’t find the live chat support to meet the standard of most modern online casinos. For one, the live chat representative spoke in broken English. It also took the representative quite a while to get back to us after each exchanged message.

Every time we asked a question, we got a response about 10 minutes after the message had been sent.
